Job Summary
Your Formal Education:
- BCom Degree/ BSc / or relevant;
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate;
- Microsoft 365 Identity and Services;
- Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security;
as well as experience:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in MS Azure Active Directory;
- A minimum of two years’ experience with Microsoft 365 user administration;
- A minimum of two years implementing and managing Microsoft 365 apps & services;
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- Good interpersonal and time management skills;
- Good communication and customer service skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
will enable you to do the following duties:
Administer and configure the environment. Support, advise, train, and educate users.
New Services:
- Support consulting service provider in the following:
- consulting
- evaluation
- design
- planning and
- implementation of custom developed solutions.
- Support consulting service provider in the implementation of improvement projects.
Support Existing Services:
- Manage access and authentication
- Troubleshoot and resolve logged end user support requests to agreed service levels.
- Configure, administer and maintain Microsoft 365 apps and services to business requirements. This includes but is not limited to:
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft PowerAutomate
- Microsoft Yammer
- Microsoft Forms
- Where required, escalate to the appropriate 3rd party support provider and manage the resolution thereof.
- Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
- Keeping up to date and communicate updates to or release of new Microsoft 365 services
Train/Educate Users:
- Provide Microsoft 365 app and service end-user training.
- Stay up to date with changes and improvements to Microsoft 365 apps and services ensure users can be assist effectively.
