Job Summary
Responsibilities:
? Accounts Receivable:Managing invoices, statements, and follow-ups on outstanding feesUpdating and maintaining client accounts on Sage and CasewareHandling account-related queries and emails regarding costsOnboarding new customers in Sage and Caseware? Payroll:Monthly payroll processing for clientsHandling payroll-related enquiriesSemi-annual and annual payroll reconciliations and submissionsSubmitting EMP201 monthly returns and loading paymentsManaging PAYE accounts with SARS and resolving SARS-related queriesPayroll invoicing and related admin tasks
Requirements:
Experience in Sage, Caseware, and payroll processing is essentialStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle queries efficientlyMust be able to start immediately
