Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, and deploy robust statistical and machine learning models for prediction and optimization.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover meaningful trends and patterns.

• Own the data lifecycle – from cleaning and pre-processing to production-ready datasets.
• Design and run experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure impact.

Job Experience and Skills Required: 

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong programming expertise in Python (pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn) and/or SAS, plus SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts, modelling, and experimental design.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries, such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong communication skills to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving ability.

Preferred:

• • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAS Visual Analytics.
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
