New small shop looking for a pizza chef, still slightly small, in need of a young chef in the hospitality business whom specialises in pizza making. Store in Pretoria North, salary will become stable as the store grows preferably someone staying closer to Pretoria North.Required Skills & KnowledgeExperience in working within a pizzeria.Follow all aspects of food preparation and presentation as set out through brand-specific briefings and recipes.Follow and uphold all relevant sectional proceduresAttendance and active participation in all relevant training sessions on and off-site.Training, coaching, and guidance to new hire to new hiresControl and minimization of waste.Knowledge and practice of food safety and hygiene standards.Utilizing kitchen equipment in a safe and responsible manner, avoiding and reporting any damage or required maintenance.Desired QualitiesSelf-motivated.Passion for quality and consistency of product.Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts and step in to assist in all sections during busy service.Preference for South African I.D. holders.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From R2500 – R4500 but depended on the growth of the storeExpected hours:Experience:Kitchen: 1 -2 years (Required)Language:EnglishLicense/Certification:ID (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: R2 500,00 – R4 000,00 per monthEducation:Certificate (Preferred)Experience:Food industry, catering, cooking: 1 year (Required).
