Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills 2 years working experience within the same or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong typing skills Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Previous working experience doing travel arrangements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Duties will include but are not limited to: Manage front-desk operations including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls. Oversee general office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Maintain office supplies and place orders when required. Support the coordination of internal events, meetings, and staff functions. Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
