Supporting and maintaining the OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn platforms configurations and integration points to other Solutions Configure new enhancements identified for the OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn platform or integration points with other solutions. Maintaining the OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn Technical Specifications Manage the OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn configuration versions Respond to auditor`s queries relating to the OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn platforms ollaboration with Development and other Support Team members to ensure integration between other SASSA solutions Collaborate with Solutions Architect on OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn patches and new releases Collaborate with Solutions Architect to ensure OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn designs are documented and maintained Performance Monitoring and scalability – Monitor the OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn platforms` performance and communicate scalability requirements and proposals to the Solutions Architect and ICT. Administrative – Update OpenText Content Server, Archive Server , OTDS and Syntergy`s AlwaysOn platforms related Change Requests on the Change Request Register and Incident Management platform Communicate enhancements to Functional team for updating of training material and preparation for training and change management Draft Alpha Testing Test Cases and communicate test requirements
