Pretoria: Operational Data Controller

Minimum Requirements: Matric (essential): relevant diploma or degree in Data Analysis, Business Management, or related field (advantageous). 25 years of experience in a data or operational analysis / administrative control role. Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and validate operational and performance data across business functions. Identify inconsistencies, potential risks, and improvement opportunities in reports and data sets. Maintain up-to-date reporting and communicate findings to management. Collaborate closely with management and internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and reporting accuracy. Support management with ad hoc data requests and performance tracking.
