About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OSM Team Lead to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring targets are met, and providing leadership and guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement
Provide ongoing product support and troubleshooting for Per Hand School Setups
Execute product-specific Setups accurately
Verify data integrity and confirm compliance with school requirements
Attend client meetings with OSM Team Lead or Functional Owner
Respond to client queries on relevant platforms in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

Proficient in d6 systems and related modules (Plus and Smart Systems)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)

Qualifications

National Senior Certificate
Own transport and license
Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
