Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Wilgers, Pretoria
Industry: Mining & Consulting (Head Office in The Wilgers, Pretoria)

Overview:
An established mining and consulting firm seeks a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Assist in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and organise filing systems, records, and confidential information.
  • Coordinate events, appointments, and internal/external meetings.
  • Support ad hoc projects and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate.
  • 23 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or executive support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
