About the Role
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven C&F Sales Executive to join their client’s team in the logistics and transport industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Clearing and Forwarding services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while meeting targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Clearing and Forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their logistics needs.
- Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure optimal deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Clearing and Forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of transport, logistics, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
