About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sports Massage Therapist to join our growing team at Flex Sports Massage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sports massage treatments while upholding our brand’s high clinical and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality sports massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs
- Conduct client assessments, consultations, and basic movement or postural screenings
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes, client records, and treatment plans
- Manage your own client schedule, timekeeping, and professional conduct
- Educate clients on recovery, injury prevention, and self-care strategies
- Maintain treatment room hygiene and professional presentation at all times
- Represent Flex Sports Massage professionally at events, activations, and mobile bookings when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage re-booking and retention
- Work collaboratively with the Flex team while being accountable for your own performance
Requirements
- Full qualification in Sports Massage Therapy (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Minimum of 1 year practical experience as a Sports Massage Therapist
- Confident in managing your own practice, clients, and workload
- Strong understanding of muscle anatomy, biomechanics, and sports-related conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-driven
