About the Role
As a QA Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality before production by designing and executing advanced manual and automated tests across products and programmes. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to take a focused, methodical approach, guided by technical specs, user stories, and a broad range of testing tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and run manual and automated test cases
- Test software across platforms including API, web and mobile
- Log, track, and verify defects with clear documentation
- Collaborate on testing standards and release notes
- Maintain organised test records and support QA processes
Requirements
- 3 years experience in software QA and testing
- Strong manual testing skills
- At least 1 year in automation testing
- Skilled in test planning, test execution and reporting
- Familiar with SQL, APIs (Postman) and SDLC across multiple environments
- Effective communicator with developers and SREs
- Experienced in financial or payment systems
Qualifications
- Certificate or equivalent experience in Banking and Payments industry
