About the Role
As a Senior Foreman – Residential, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring all construction activities run smoothly and according to the project plan. With extensive experience in high-end residential and multi-unit developments, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and workers, implementing quality control procedures, and maintaining strict health and safety compliance on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all construction activities run smoothly and according to the project plan.
- Coordinate subcontractors and workers, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Implement and uphold quality control procedures, ensuring workmanship meets high-quality benchmarks.
- Ensure strict health and safety compliance on-site, including conducting toolbox talks and enforcing safety protocols.
- Monitor progress against schedules, identifying delays early and reporting issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring teams understand and correctly execute project requirements.
- Manage materials and resources, including ordering supplies, preventing waste, and maintaining stock levels.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, site diaries, attendance registers, and progress reports.
- Oversee site inspections, ensuring work is prepared for partner or client walkthroughs and meets regulatory standards.

- Any construction or engineering related qualification will be advantageous
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Extensive site experience, preferably in high-end residential & multi-unit developments
