Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Drive capacity planning and assess readiness for new project intake Optimise allocation of internal and external resources Monitor workloads and utilisation across project teams Resolve resource conflicts and manage shortages effectively Provide strategic input into workforce planning and capacitation Compile monthly resource reports and support continuous improvement of resourcing processes
Requirements:
A relevant degree or higher diploma Project and Programme Management certification 45 years experience in a similar role within a project-focused environment IT and financial services industry experience is essential Portfolio Management Certification (PfMP, SAFe) is advantageous EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company`s Employment Equity plan.
