Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new businesses lead through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate HR, ER, IR, and compliance services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow through on all sales leads. Draft and present tailored proposals and quotations in alignment with service offerings.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with HR consultants to stay informed on service offerings and industry developments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on labour legislation and HR compliance trends.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Represent HR Consult at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 5+ years proven sales and HR experience, preferably in B2B or professional services sectors.
- A background or strong interest in Human Resources, ER, IR, EE, SD or labour consulting will be advantageous.
- NQF Level 6 or higher qualification (preferably in Business, HR, or related fields).
- Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
