About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at People Dimension in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, conducting sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients, and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new businesses lead through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate HR, ER, IR, and compliance services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow through on all sales leads.
- Draft and present tailored proposals and quotations in alignment with service offerings.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up and relationship management.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven sales and HR experience, preferably in B2B or professional services sectors.
- A background or strong interest in Human Resources, ER, IR, EE, SD or labour consulting will be advantageous.
- Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Qualifications
NQF Level 6 or higher qualification (preferably in Business, HR, or related fields).
