Job Description

Role Overview KUGA is seeking a driven, high-performance Sales Executive focused on aggressive new business development, retail expansion, and direct-to-consumer growth. This role requires a dynamic individual who can actively grow the KUGA footprint across: Corporate / B2B sales Retail partnerships The successful candidate must be target-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about building long-term client relationships while expanding KUGAs national presence. Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. New Business Development (Primary Focus) Proactively identify and secure new B2B clients (corporate gifting, bulk orders, branded merchandise). Develop and expand national retail accounts. Open new independent and chain retail stores. Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and field sales visits. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Attend trade shows, expos, and networking events to generate leads. Identify new market opportunities and distribution channels. 2. Retail Sales Growth Manage and grow existing retail accounts. Negotiate pricing, margins, and promotional campaigns. Ensure retail partners maintain adequate stock levels. Monitor sell-through rates and retail performance. 3. B2C & Direct Sales Support Assist with direct online sales growth initiatives. Work with marketing on campaigns that drive conversions. Follow up on inbound sales enquiries. Assist in managing corporate client orders from quotation to delivery. Upsell and cross-sell new KUGA product ranges. 4. Sales Administration & Reporting Prepare quotations and pricing proposals. Maintain CRM and sales reporting systems. Submit weekly sales activity reports. Forecast monthly sales targets. Track commission performance. Ensure accurate order processing and follow-up. 5. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Maintain regular communication with retail buyers and corporate clients. Provide after-sales support. Resolve client queries efficiently and professionally. Represent KUGA with professionalism and brand integrity. 6. Brand Representation Uphold KUGAs brand values and premium positioning. Represent KUGA at events and client meetings. Provide product training to retail staff where required. Promote new product launches and limited editions. Performance Expectations The successful candidate will: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Actively open new accounts every month. Grow national retail distribution. Increase corporate sales revenue. Expand KUGAs brand footprint in key markets. Minimum Requirements Proven sales experience (preferably in retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or corporate sales). Strong new business development experience. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Valid drivers license. Ability to travel when required. Strong administrative and reporting skills.
