Shift Supervisor Job Description: Report to: Operations Seniority Level: Mid-Career (2 – 4 yrs exp) Region: Gauteng Location: Centurion (Pretoria) Type: 3-month contract Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit casual labour as and when required. Ensure employment contracts for all employees in place, with relevant documents. Ensure all staff undergo medical examination and annual renewals. Conduct disciplinary hearings as per company process. Ensure accurate record keeping of all proceedings. Ensure invoicing is finalized timely. Verify correctness of timesheets and submit per workflow. Adhere to compliance focal points. Inspect PPE store daily for quality and quantity. Maintain office cleanliness and professionalism. Key Qualifications/Requirements: Computer literacy (MS Office) 1 year experience in TES environment Knowledge of Food Manufacturing environment (advantageous) Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and OHSCAT (advantageous) Matric Driving License
