About the Role

Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading architectural firm in Pretoria, Gauteng, who is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Architect to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all architectural specifications and design principles are met on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the construction process
Ensure that all architectural specifications and design principles are met on-site
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and efficient progress of the projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)
Proficiency in using Revit software, preferably with certification
Advanced knowledge of council documentation and submission processes
Strong skills in technical detailing and construction documents
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, registered with SACAP.
