Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Relationship Management : Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Body Corporates, Trustees, and Managing Agents in the target market. Present the smart metering solutions clearly and confidently, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Sales Execution & New Business Development : Proactively pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned market, targeting high-end residential properties. Collaborate with sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets, implementing effective strategies aligned with business goals. Product Support & Troubleshooting : Serve as a subject matter expert to support the sales team and help clients understand the benefits of the smart metering solutions. Address client concerns and provide hands-on troubleshooting, ensuring smooth and effective product usage. Product Lifecycle Management : Own and drive the product lifecycle for smart metering solutions, working with engineering and sales teams to identify market needs and opportunities. Analyse trends and competitor products to ensure that the solutions remain innovative and meet customer demands. Administrative & Documentation Duties : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback. Ensure that all necessary documentation and processes are followed according to company policies. Preferred Experience Background in utility management, SaaS, or IoT products.
