About the Role
Our client in the insurance sector is seeking a Supervisor to lead their Quality Assurance process, ensuring high-quality monitoring and achieving set targets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the QA process, conducting call assessments, reporting, trend reviews, coaching staff for performance improvement, and providing staff training.

Requirements
• Matric
• Qualification in Call Centre Management
• RE 5
• RE 1 (advantage)
• Recognised qualification recognised by FSB
• 3 Years’ Experience in Quality Assurance in an Outbound Call Centre Sales Environment (Insurance Industry)
• 2 Years’ Call centre Supervisory experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R 252 000 p.a. (negotiable)
