Pretoria: Temporary Foreclosure Legal Litigation Secretary

Responsibilities: Prepare and process legal documents related to foreclosure proceedings, Drafting Default Judgments, Notices of Sale in Execution, and Section 129’s , 86’s & 88 Notices for a Standard Bank. Draft, issue, and send summonses for service, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of foreclosure cases, including updating the bank’s systems and tracking deadlines. Achieve a minimum of 80% in Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards. Coordinate negotiations and settlements of payment arrangements with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. Keep the bank’s systems updated with relevant information and documentation related to foreclosure proceedings. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with LegalSuite (Advantageous). Working knowledge of CACS (Advantageous) and SB Legal / MyAttorney (Advantageous).
