Job Summary
TENDER MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR Location: Pretoria East Remuneration: R 15 000 R 18 000 CTC Educational Requirements Matric Certificate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Certificate in Bid Management (advantageous for tender-specific expertise) Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word are essential). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Knowledge of marketing principles and tender processes Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (hygiene or cleaning industry standards) Experience At least 3 years of experience in bid management or proposal development or project management Experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry is an advantage Key Areas of Responsibility Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines Develop and implement bid strategies that align with our company`s goals and objectives Lead the development of high-quality bids and proposals, including writing, editing, and designing visual aids. Apply marketing principles to develop compelling narratives and visual aids that showcase the Companys brand and value proposition Collaborate with internal stakeholders Manage multiple bids and proposals simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
