Job Summary

Key responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labour legislation Support performance management and employee development Handle employee relationships, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes Provide guidance to line managers on HR related matters Manage HR reporting, records, and system accuracy Coordinate with payroll and benefits administration teams Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources SABPP (preferred) 6-10 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity Engineering, construction, or consulting environment experience preferred HRIS systems knowledge (SAGE HR or similar) MS Office (strong Excel proficiency) Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE, and POPIA High emotional intelligence and professionalism Discretion and integrity with sensitive information Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Organized, decisive and pro-active Package & Remuneration Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience Interested?
