About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Training Lead to take operational ownership of our training delivery. With a proven track record in SETA and QCTO-regulated training environments, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and ensuring compliance with all training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Take operational ownership of training delivery
- Plan and manage training schedules across programmes, sites and clients
- Coordinate training calendars and Facilitator allocations
- Oversee daily training delivery operations and execution
- Monitor Facilitator performance, attendance and delivery quality
- Track learner attendance, engagement and completion
- Ensure full compliance with SETA/QCTO delivery and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready training documentation and records
- Liaise with internal teams, facilitators, learners and clients
- Coordinate systems, venues, materials and delivery logistics
- Prepare operational training reports and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Training, Education, Operations or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in training coordination or delivery environments
- Registered Moderator at a SETA (please specify which SETA)
- Proven experience in SETA and/or QCTO-regulated training environments
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma or Degree in Training, Education, Operations or related field from a recognized institution
