Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric Comprehensive administrative support to Trust Attorneys and assisting in the effective management of trust-related matters Delivering high-level administrative services to ensure smooth operation of trust administration processes Supporting the drafting, maintenance, and execution of trust documentation. (resolutions, amendments, trustee letters, etc.) Coordinating with legal professionals and stakeholders to facilitate trust administration Upholding strict compliance with fiduciary duties and legal requirements Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring accuracy in all trust-related transactions and filing records are maintained 2 years experience in Trust Law, ideally in a fiduciary, legal, or financial services environment. – Alternatively, an administratively strong person with a legal qualification or experience in legal practice or Fiduciary matters. – Proficient in MICROSOFT SOFTWARE, Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel. – Excellent Administration skills Consultant: Celia Armstrong – Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
