Job Summary

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and knowledge of trust and estate laws and procedures. The secretary acts as a crucial link between the attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate handling of trust and estate matters. Duties will include: Document Preparation and Management Client Liaison Court and Filing Procedures Estate Administration General Administration

Requirements:

5 Years relevant experience. Matric, tertiary qualification preferred. Fluent in English and Afrikaans Own Car and Driver`s License The final remuneration package offered by the employer will be determined based on market standards, considering the candidate`s qualifications, skills, level of experience and attributes.
