Job Summary
Exciting opportunity available at a well-established dealership in Pretoria for a Vehicle Stock Controller & Invoicing Clerk . Key
Responsibilities:
Sourcing new vehicle stock within the group to support the sales department. Preparing and processing vehicle invoices accurately and efficiently. Building and maintaining relationships with key dealer network contacts to secure stock. Assisting sales staff with stock allocation and related tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Stock Controller and Invoicing Clerk. Previous experience in the motor industry with dealerships such as BMW, VW, or Volvo. Proficiency in dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, or CDK Drive . Strong numerical, communication, and people skills . Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
