Key Responsibilities Membership Sales & Growth: Proactively contact all provided pre-qualified leads, register them to visit a chapter, and then follow up within 24 hours after theyve visited with all chapter visitors in the region to sell BNI, ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded and aligned with BNI Tshwanes 5-year growth goals. Strategic Alignment: Understand and implement the BNI Tshwane Regions 5-year strategy to meet specific growth objectives. Work within pre-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report progress. Align personal goals with regional growth strategies to maximize impact. Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and local leaders to identify potential members and chapter opportunities. Represent the BNI brand professionally, adhering to the organizations values and commitment to “Givers Gain.” Attend selected chapter meetings, events, and training sessions to deepen relationships and identify sales opportunities.
