About the Role

We are seeking a General Manager to take full ownership of our dynamic hospitality business, turning operational excellence into measurable profit. This role is suited for a proven hospitality operator who is comfortable managing complexity and driving performance across multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be present during peak periods, including weekends and events
  • Oversee evening operations where required
  • Act as the on-site leader and face of the property

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior hospitality leadership
  • Strong exposure to conferencing, weddings, and events
  • Food & Beverage operations
  • Commercial and financial acumen
