• Grade 12
• HR degree + MBA or Financial extra degree (advantageous)
• 7 years HR experience in Unionized HR environment
• Exp in Transport / Motor/ Passenger Bus Industry
• Drivers License
• MS Office
• Payroll + Time Attendance systems
• Exp Main Agreements
  • Knowledge of Wage Determination 452, BCEA, LRA and other relevant legislation.
  • Human Resources and Payroll Administration & Information Systems.
  • Sound and extensive knowledge of Human resource management

Duties:

• Responsible for compiling the HR department budget according to HR standards
• Conduct research and develop short- and medium-term plans for the regions H R functionality
• Co-ordinate Training and development of staff
• developing and maintaining HR policies and internal procedures & processes
• Ensure legal compliance on all aspects of the personnel function with special attention to POPIA.
  • Participate in strategy setting and specific HR Focused Projects
• Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and data processing procedures
