Job Description

Theater ushers are responsible for providing excellent customer service to audience members at a theater. They assist patrons with finding their seats, distributing programs, and answering any questions or concerns. They also help maintain order and safety in the theater during performances. The ideal candidate for this role is friendly, attentive, and able to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Theater Usher Duties Greet patrons and check tickets at the entrance of the theater. Assist patrons in finding their seats and provide information about the show. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the theater lobby and seating area. Answer questions and handle any concerns or complaints from patrons. Collect and organize ticket stubs and assist with seating arrangements during intermission. Provide assistance for patrons with disabilities or special needs. Direct patrons to restrooms, concessions, and exits as needed.
