About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Randburg, where you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our clients’ accounts. As a half-day employee, you will work closely with our HR department to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Capture bank statements and allocate accounts receivable for clients, including attending to refunds and allocating payments
Prepare accounts payable, capturing purchase orders, marking off deliveries, and tracking orders to allocate payments
Perform cash handling duties, including weekly bank reconciliations, payables, wages, remittances, and casual wage preparations for two entities
Prepare all documents for Payroll, including PAYE, UIF/SDL, and VAT, on a bi-monthly basis for three entities
Assist with Leave records management and HR tasks

Requirements

Matric Finance-related qualification (advantageous)
Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping experience
Proficient in Sage online and Excel
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Formal education or certification in finance or related field
