About the Role
Midvaal Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and dependable Branch Administrator to support daily branch operations in Randburg. The ideal candidate will have strong cashier and administrative experience, with a structured approach to managing front-office responsibilities in a busy branch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process cash and credit card payments from customers and drivers as per invoice
- Verify that payments received are accurate and properly documented according to company procedures
- Reconcile invoices and payments to ensure accuracy
- Manage reception and switchboard, directing calls appropriately
- Maintain filing systems and perform general administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and operational procedures
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years cashier experience
- Administrative experience (essential)
- Strong data capturing and computer literacy
- Accounting and reconciliation skills
