About the Role
The Credit Vetting Manager at iiBridge Contact Solutions leads and manages the operational delivery of the credit vetting function, supporting telecommunications clients and other campaigns within the iBridge portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely assessment of new applications, upgrades, limit increases, and reactivations while maintaining vigilance, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely assessment of new applications, upgrades, limit increases, and reactivations.
- Work closely with supporting teams across iBridge and client partners to deliver integrated solutions, maintain data integrity, and optimise customer experience.
- Spot issues quickly, exercise discretion in decision-making, challenge questionable outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through analytics, innovation, and collaboration.
- Manage credit risk and decisioning oversight to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and iBridge.
- Maintain quality and compliance management standards across the credit vetting function.
- Oversee workforce and resource management, including recruitment, leadership, and people development.
- Develop and implement data, analytics, and reporting strategies to drive business insights and optimise customer experience.
