About the Role
Mingsda Technology is seeking an Online Customer Service & Order Processing Assistant to join our team in Randburg. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing daily customer communication and order processing for our online business. You will provide exceptional customer service, process orders efficiently, and ensure accurate delivery information reaches our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing customer service and resolving order-related questions
- Processing online orders and preparing parcels for shipment
- Sending parcels to customers through courier services
- Providing customers with tracking numbers and delivery updates
- Coordinating with courier companies regarding collections and deliveries
- Maintaining basic records of orders and shipments
- Assisting with general administrative tasks related to online sales
Requirements
Basic computer and laptop proficiency
Good typing and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (beginner level worksheets)
Ability to manage emails and online order systems
