Job Summary
Experience that is required:
* Inventory Management
– Capture ordered materials / components etc. in Pastel Partner with goods received note and ensure the correct order has been received
– Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, deliveries and returns
– Implement efficient stock rotation and optimize shelf space
– Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancy and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any issues related to stock availability or quality
– Maintain minimum and max stock levels of parts, consumables components tec.
– Following up on a weekly basis outstanding purchase orders and updating feedback
* Staff Supervision
– Train and motivate personnel to provide exceptional service and achieve targets
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development and growth within the company
– Address and report any disciplinary issues or conflicts among staff members in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Assisting production Manager
– Assisting production manager with production processes and orders
– Assisting with ad hoc admin duties
– supervision over staff in the production team
* health & safety
– Knowledge of the occupational health & safety act
– Purchasing of PPE equipment and keeping record of items bought and distributed
* Computer Literacy
– MS Office (Word, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
– sages – Pastel Partner
* Must be bilingual in English & Afrikaans
Requirements:
* Must have a valid driver`s license
* 3 Years stock control warehouse and store management experience
* Skills and knowledge will be tested in interview
