Job Description:
The Retail Property Manager will be based at our client’s offices in Johannesburg North but will be required to travel to Zambia once a month. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Portfolio management
• Negotiate and renew lease agreements with tenants 
• Risk management 
• Compliance and legal management 

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification 
• Experience in retail property management space 
• Is able and open to travelling to Zambia once a month
