• Oversee budgets, cost management, and financial reporting
• Manage all aspects of farm production, including orchard health, crop quality, and new developments
• Collaborate with consultants and external partners to drive results
• Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure through inspections, repairs, and continuous improvements
• Workforce planning, training, compliance, audits, and staff well-being
• Build and maintain strong relationships with head office, consultants, staff, and customers
• Lead, support, and motivate your team, ensuring a positive and productive working environment

 
Requirements:

• Proven farm management experience in production agriculture
• Strong leadership, administrative, and analytical abilities
• Solid knowledge of production, infrastructure, and people management
• Experience with Citrus and/or Avocados will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on, results-driven approach with commitment to quality and compliance
