About the Role
We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Manager to oversee all financial operations within a construction-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for full financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow, tax, debtors, and creditors in Rustenburg, North West.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple projects
- Oversee debtors and creditors, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely payments
- Monitor and manage company cash flow and working capital
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Support operational teams with financial insights and cost control
- Maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) (essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting and cost control
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must have own reliable transport
- Must reside in Rustenburg or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
