About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at PRO Personnel Employment Agency in Rustenburg. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial management, accounting systems, and excellent communication skills. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including managing cashbooks, processing invoices, and maintaining compliance with tax submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily update of cashbooks for various entities
- Ensure bank accounts are linked where possible and timeously captured
- Ensure all invoices are processed
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations to be prepared by the 20th monthly
- Present the client with regular updates and weekly feedback on the company’s financial position and performance
- Ad hoc responsibilities as requested from time to time, including:
- Reconciling supplier accounts from time to time and after accounts are finalised
- Be capable of loading payments, take accountability and responsibility by understanding what is being paid, which account it gets allocated to, and interrogate payments. Be in a position to provide feedback on payments. Ensure the accuracy of payments to prevent risks of duplication and mistakes.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Relevant financial qualifications
- Grade 12
- 5 years and more experience
- Computer Literate: Sage one and Xero
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Between R10 000 – R12 000 per month depending on experience.
