Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION To perform, promote and process necessary internal sales, admin and safety functions in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, efficiently, courtesy and timeously, ensuring customer satisfaction and correct completion of the paperwork, document processing, stock expediting and filing. Internal Sales and Admin Support to co-ordinate and facilitate the resolution of queries, activities to complete tasks, and supply of information requested. Inventory planning and expediting of Branch and On-Site stock holding requirements. Ensure Branch SHEQ and ISO compliance. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES Support Branch Manager and Sales Teams: Assist with pricing and part number queries. BC processing of customer quotes, orders and invoicing, inventory transactions. Expediting of all customer backorders. Branch safety compliance. Support with document distribution (service bulletins, alternative products, part number updates etc.). Populate and update Aftermarket Sales records and registers and distribute reports. Management of Customer Site Relations; Coupa, HSEC, Ariba. Document Control: Keep a register of service bulletins and distribute released bulletins to clients. Verify that the “Branding” standards are followed. CRM Control: Populate and update customer contact details in database. Populate and update customer operational information. Populate and update customer fleet information. Monitor interaction records are updated by the Sales Team. Machine Population: Populate and update Fleet Management records with information received from the Sales Team and Field Service. Populate and update competitor information. SOFT SKILLS : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as required. Fluent in English (Written and Verbal) Ability to work under pressure. Self-Motivated Time Management Skill
