About the Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Saldanha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quantity surveying services to clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients to identify their needs
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
- Assigning work to subcontractors
Requirements
- Matric QS Qualification in Civils
- Bulk earth works experience
- Drivers License
