• B.Com (Accounting).
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the following areas:
• Preparing year-end annual financial statements.
• Processing payroll (basic understanding of SA Legislation).
• Capturing and submitting EMP201 returns.
• Processing cashbooks, journal entries and recons.
• Customer and supplier processing and recons.
• UIF & ROE filing with the Department of Labour.
• VAT processing and basic understanding of SA Legislation.
• Preparing management accounts, including analytical review and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Maintaining fixed asset register, with firm knowledge on disposals, additions, depreciation calculations and corresponding journals entries.
