Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
- Experience in data visualisation techniques and tools
- Experience in Business process document generation
- Must be deadline driven
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must be able to facilitate workshops
KPAs:
- Quality assurance of process developments and changed processes.
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Own and develop relationship with business stakeholders
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes
- Liaise, work with, and provide information to all levels of stakeholders
- Re-engineer existing processes to facilitate improvements within the business.
