About the Role United Business Group, a leader in Office Automation, Telecoms, and Security Solutions industries, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deal Project Coordinator. This multifaceted role involves overseeing project invoicing, checking contracts, and loading contract data to support our dynamic operations. The position is based in our Rivonia, Johannesburg office. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination : Collaborate with sales and admin teams to coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Invoicing : Handle project invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing deals and billing clients. Contract Management : Review, verify, and load contracts into our ERP system, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with company policies. Documentation : Maintain and update project documentation, financial records, and contract details. Communication : Serve as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and project teams to ensure smooth and effective communication. Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on project status, invoicing, and contract management to senior management. Compliance : Ensure all project activities and contract management processes comply with legal and company guidelines. Education : Minimum qualification of Grade 12. Experience : Proven experience in a similar role. Skills : Organisational Skills : Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management abilities. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members across various departments. Technical Proficiency : Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management and accounting software is a plus. Self-Motivation : Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of invoicing processes and contract management. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a demanding customer service environment and adapt to changing priorities. Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with legal and financial guidelines related to contract management and invoicing.
