About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Fundraiser to join our team at Executive Placings in Sandton, Johannesburg. As a key member of our digital fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive online fundraising strategies, managing digital fundraising budgets, and ensuring compliance with data handling and fundraising policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, web, online platforms)
- Grow and nurture an engaged digital donor community
- Use data and analytics to improve donor targeting, retention, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with communications, partnerships, programmes, and finance teams
- Manage digital fundraising budgets and maximise ROI
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in digital fundraising (non-profit sector preferred)
- Digitally savvy and confident across online platforms
- Understanding of Google and Meta advertising policies and campaign optimisation
- Creative storyteller with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven and comfortable working with analytics and reporting
- Proactive, organised, and deadline-driven
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in digital marketing, communications, or similar
