Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact between the company and client organizations hosting learners Identify and onboard suitable employers to host learners Secure permanent employment opportunities for learners post-program Support learner payroll administration for seamless operations Build and maintain customer relationships by conducting regular site visits Address and resolve customer and learner concerns efficiently Upsell and cross-sell the company products and services as part of the projects value offering
