About the Role

Our client, Telebest, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst and Planning professional to join their team based in Rivonia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in Sage X3 and advanced financial modelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
Identify and drive process improvements.
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools.
Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation by creating forecasts and models.
Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
Work closely with the Financial Reporting and operations team to ensure accurate financial reporting that supports the analysis of data for decision making.
Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Provide the analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting,
3+ years experience in a similar position,
Sage X3 experience,
Financial Modelling and Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge,
CIMA qualification,
Certified financial modelling certificate would be advantageous.
