- Equipment Cleaning:
- Learn and contribute to the cleaning of construction machinery and equipment in the washbay.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
- Waste Disposal:
- Gain exposure to proper waste disposal practices in the washbay area.
- Assist in disposing of waste materials in accordance with environmental guidelines.
- Work Area Organization:
- Learn to organize and maintain the cleanliness of the washbay work areas.
- Assist in keeping tools and cleaning equipment in order.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during washbay activities.
- Participate in safety training sessions to ensure a secure working environment.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities and inspections.
- Contribute to the organization of documentation related to washbay cleanliness.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with maintenance personnel and different departments to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Contribute to effective communication within the washbay team.
Requirements:
- Recent completion of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Aged between 18 and 34.
- Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before.
