Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Groups & Incentives Travel Specialist to join a dynamic and luxurious travel company based in Sandton. Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage tailor-made travel experiences for groups and incentive travellers
- Handle end-to-end planning, quoting, and execution of itineraries
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure premium service delivery
- Collaborate with corporate clients to align travel plans with business objectives
- Manage all travel logistics including flights, transfers, accommodations, and activities
- Provide on-the-ground support and problem-solving when needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in group and incentive travel, preferably in luxury travel
- Proven experience in handling complex itineraries and high-end clientele
- Strong destination knowledge, both local and international
- Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and experienced in using travel management systems
